Anyone into minibikes? Just got a free one.

I just picked up a panterra baja 50 bike to add to my collection for free from a friend, just like the one pictured here. The top end is toasted and ive torn it completely down, everything is good other than the piston and cylinder, both are completely trashed. I had a spare 110 top end laying around, so i put the 110 cylinder and piston on and everything fits fine, but the cam chain is too short due to the 110 cylinder being about 1/4 inch taller than the 48cc cylinder. What can i do to make the 110 top end setup fit on this? I definetly dont wanna rebuild it to a 50cc if i dont have to, i have another 50 and its slow as piss. I can get the 110 cylinder machined down if need be, or what are my other options? Also if anyone has a 50 top end for cheap though id consider buying it.

im not sure if thats the problem. Ive got way too much gap ontop of the piston in the cylinder too. Id need to get the cylinder decked about 1/4 inch to get it to actually have good compression. But im not sure if id have clearance from the valves then, because the 50cc piston has the valve indentions machined into it.
