anyone in so cal that can rec. a good repair shop for amps?

Hey guys, My Orion 8004 is hurt. front channels work fine. the rear left works fine but the rear right stopped working. I can ship it back to IKES under warranty but we all know how long that can take and they still charge me $35 as a service fee and I have to pay all the shipping. IMO I can take that money and pay someone local to fix it. My problem is I can't find any shops that fix these things. I live smack in between San Diego and LA. I'm willing to drive to either location to get this repaired.

How long have you had it?

Every time Ive bought a directed amp from ikesound, theres a paper in the box with a six month warranty THROUGH DIRECTED.

Call them and ask them what they can do for you.

yes I bought a DIRECTED amp through IKES as well and yes I received that paper. My ORION though did not come with one of those papers. The Orion only has a warranty through IKES.

Orion is made by Directed.

My Orions always had that paper- Id call Directed, ask them about it. They may be able to help you out based on the serial number.
