Anyone in here that can draw well? (Tattoo Question)

My friend recently got this tattoo:

Turn it upside down, and it says the same thing. Anybody know of anymore existing like this? I'm looking for something that says anything the long the lines of "love me/hate me" I think it would be cool to have "Love me" when you read it left to right on your arm, and "hate me" when reading it vertically. Also, if any of you are skilled enough to draw something that insane, feel free.

I saw one awhile back either on a forum or in Google images, that said "Love" one way, and "Hate" the other.
