I 2nd that, I had problem with DHL trying to ship some 2400's becauase I needed some paperwork or something..(I actually had it, they were just ignorant) anyway, I called Kinetik and Chris actually typed up a new copy of it and emailed it to me within a 1/2 hour... I've dealt with CS before and it's one of the best I've encountered.I also know 3 of the main guys who would give tech help at shows for Kinetik between Rich, Erik and Chris I highly doubt they would turn down support.
