Heard them, and wasn't all that impressed. Midbass output was minimal, with no impact what so ever. Can you squeeze in 8's ? The sls 8's walk all over those cadence any day of the week //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

youd be very suprised with their midbass output if you tuned them correctly.

not sure if i can squeeze in 8's....im walling off my jeep wrangler and I made hacked up the soundbar to hold four 6x9's.....

Thats what I was gonna say......because they look beefy! I was looking at the three way.....so basically they are the same except the three way part???

So how you like them??? I plan on running four of them

it is a big amp their cheap now due 2 their new series that just came out. 20 inches long

Those high-power 6x9s need to have their own amplifier to get the best bass, I've heard some Infinity Kappa 6x9s bump like a 10" sub so 6x9s are definitely capable of enough bass for most people.

Is there another way to power something besides using an amplifier? lol

I tried 100w -500w on each one. Wasn't looking for bass, that's what subs are for. I was listening for midbass , which they lacked, and had no punch. Looking beefy, or having a gigantic motor stucture has little to do with it. Look into the RE Coax 6x9s ans swapping them out this the stock ones made a huge difference!
