use a router with a round edge cutting bit

heres a pic of a pvc pipe port i hammered flush and rounded the edge with a router

how big of a difference does this make with port noise. Is it audibly noticeable.

i know if you use pvc pipe its wise to round edges, if not then port noise

Some people round the outside edges, some don't.
