Anyone have/had a 25 Series tire?

Or "rubber band tires"

I'm curious as to how the ride is daily. Most likely it's probably rough. I see a newer style camry with 20" Asanti wheels all the time, I assume it's their daily.

Anyway if you have experience with them let me know your thoughts.

Here's a 5-Series on them.

Do NOT run a 25 as a daily.

They are NOT made to be daily driver tires. They are made to be 'showcase' tires. I am fairly sure no 25 series tire is load rated for anything over 2000lbs currently, anyways.

Unless you're trying to stuff a 20+ under a miata... it's useless.

hell no. 35s are the lowest i would ever recommend, and those still kinda ****. i'd love some 40s but i can't fit em on my ride. 255-35-20 is about all i can fit...

You can do a 245/40/20.

However, the difference in sidewall between your 255/35/20 and a 245/40/20 is miniscule.

3.51" to 3.85"

Chances are, you won't notice a difference in ride quality.

I used to run 35 series tires, but stepped up to 40 series. The ride quality is noticeably better on my car.

I can't imagine a daily driven car on 25 series tires. Plus none of the 25 series tires will have any type of decent tire life. They will be short-lived. Way too expensive for the short life span.
