pretty much just trying to see whether its worth my time to drop cash on a new one, or just buy a used old one for much cheaper.

i had an old one, loved it. i know brian owens claimed .9 db gain for his, but thats switching from 4 old ones to 4 new ones. so i would assume, at least spl wise, 1 on 1 isnt going to be much of a difference...
