Anyone have experience with enclosure build for elemental design 13Av.2--NEED HELP

I have built sealed enclosures in the past but have never built a ported. Was curious if anyone has actually had this sub and whether it would fair better sealed or ported? Here's some sub specs:

I am totally clueless where to even start, more so now that I have read 7 pages of threads and 12 different articles.
