BNIB is a plus, but doubt there's one out there.

Good 'ol california. Used to be, get it corrected, and it's a $10 "transaction" fee and you're done. Now, since they have budget problems, it's $25 per line, or infraction. So lame *** Highway patrol gets me for tail light out(just a loose connection to the bulb turns out), and "no current address" on my license. No other cop in CA would give a ticket for that, just CHP a-holes. Been pulled over lots of times by local pd and county sheriff.
