I had no problems with my old Directed 1500d. Its almost 2 yrs old, my buddy still beats on a pair of Type-Rs with it.

i dropped directed way to many issues with them going bad...

One was a refurb that lasted 10 minutes and then tried agian with a new one and it lasted a few weeks and then died...
