Anyone have 12" IDQs?

So my friend just got 2 12" used image dynamics IDQs and he asked me to build a ported box for him. I'm trying to find some opinions on a box size and tuning that would work good for these. The specs for the current model say 1.25 to 2 but i'm not sure if that is the same model he has because his are older. I was thinking maybe like 3.5 cubes tuned to 30 hertz (he wants it to hit low) What do you guys think?
