poly cotton is all it is. you can get it at arts/crafts stores.

it looks like a giant cotton ball. you can tear it appart like a cotton. If you go to walmart or a fabric store, its called polyfill,poly???..Theres different poly names but they are the same.Don't get the one that rolls up, i was told its not as effective,though i can't see how.

Dependant on how much you use, is slows the movement of air within the enclosure effectively tricking the subwoofer in thinking it is in a larger box. It also can be used to break up standing waves eliminating dead spots in an enclosure....Polo.
