Usually RF stands for Radio Frequency.. Wifi is technically not RF.. But that thing is probably Chinese so who knows what they think RF means...

well I think that I've discovered the second pci slot where the wlan card should be and, it's not there...

the one at the top right huh..... i found that to and nothing there lol, yeah mine had a windows theme and then it got erased i want it back tho lol

I figured out how to add more memory by replacing the compact flash and then I guess I'm going to put linux on a bigger (4gb) so there is more room.
