Heres what I come up with...

If you do 15x21x18

Thats 3.3 Cube, after displactement of driver your down to ~3.0 Cube.

with a port of 13.5 High, 3 inchs wide, and 18.88 inchs long you'll be ~2.9 Cu Ft Net, tuned to 38 Hz.

Thats my calculations..

Okay guys here, this is from that box calculator. I am wondering about that violet piece, it measures .5" in lenght, is that needed?... Seems like it wont do much for the tuning.

how does a port that size only equal 0.1 cu ft... and what sub displaces .3 cubes?

@ tony, i wouldnt bother with the 1/2" piece.. its not going to make any real noticable difference.

Okay, I didnt think so. I just got most of the pieces cut out at Home Depot, mainly so the 4 x 8 would fit into the car. But I had the guy cut out the .5" piece anyway lol, he had a little difficulty with that one:p:

Moe, since you are like.. The box man, you wanna check that for me really fast and see if it comes out close to 40Hz? My sub is .25 cubes by the way... (if its not too much trouble)
