Anyone familiar?

A local shop is trying to sell me these for 120 dollars cash. I have never heard of the company but they don't look so bad from what i see. I don't know too much about components i was wondering what you guys think of them or if you have ever heard. Thanks. I am only thinking local because its a new shop, i want to show some support.
