anyone familiar with verizon internet cards?

well im trying to set one up here, but when i try to connect, it says invalid username or password. i never had to set up a name or password when i was installing everything. i was on the phone with verizon for 45 minutes and the guy said he didnt know what to do, at the end. can anyone help?

I have installed them where I work. The username is the phone number assigned to the card or the account. the password is the password to the account. I installed them a year ago so dont get pissed if Im wrong:veryhapp:

when i was installing vzaccess manager, and the drivers for the card, i didnt have the option to enter a username and password.

if verizon doesnt know how to troubleshoot their own cards i recomend a diff provider.

Sucks because I was planning on getting a verizon data card on ebay in the next few days. I might be taking mine into the store to activate it though.

My sprint data card came preconfigured, didn't have to enter any number/user/pass anything, just install the software and go.
