anyone familiar with the alpine w200

i need your input. i got the w200 install and it is playing on the built in dvd/cd but the cd and dvd changer is not working. the w200 detect the cd changer and dvd changer. when i hit the changer icon the counter is running but nothing is coming out of it. no sound for the cd changer and no sound and picture come out of the dvd changer.

is the DVD changer set to output optical audio ? How do you have both changers connected ... you must have the hub. Is the EQ/Div under the HU set to the right position ?
