Anyone ever use this MB Quart amp?

Im looking to power a 15" woofer @ 2ohm and this looks pretty solid for the price. I was wondering if this was built to the same standards of the other Maxxsonics line.

any other amps around the same power for the around the same price?

open to suggestions...
