wouldnt be good for a car tho they have no shielding at all they are home use design.

not bad at all.. I got the 18ft JL blue RCA 4 chan's for $30 on ebay from a good seller in arizona. but those look good.

they look as high quality as the overpriced $120 dollar ones monster sale. I say go for it

Theres been several threads in the past where a few people have sworn by those cables.

(monoprice would be the search term, I think)

I wouldnt use them personally, as Im hard on cables and prefer all metal plugs.

But others say they work just fine.

Shielding creates a sort of magnetic barrier around the wire that sort of grounds all the ambient signals around the wire. The more shielding, the better it does this job. It improves the S2N ratio.

Also, shielding is just as important in the home environment as in the car audio environment.

go to sonic electronics. they had some around that price range last time i checked.
