Anyone ever returned anything to cadence?

I gotta return my txa-3004. Has anyone dealt with them? How long did it take till you recieved your new amp from the day that you shipped it. They are in nj and im in ohio so were pretty close. Anyone ever had to return anything?

I have too. Returned a TXA6004, extremely good CS, got it back fast and had good communication with Jason Paul (rep).

I don't believe Jason is with Cadence anymore though. But he is a great guy to work with.
