I recently placed my order from fatmat.com for a trunk kit, and it has been 12 days and still hasn't arrived. I have emailed them about 3 times asking for a status check and a tracking number, but they have yet to email me back. They work through a company called Gem Deals. Does anyone know how to contact this company?
