I would try to stay away at all costs, there are a lot of Nigerian scammers out there.

DON'T do it.... it's a scam. First clue is that they call it "the item". Normally when I'm purchasing something I call it by it's name.

It's one of the typical eBay scams....

95% positive it's a scam. But then if you're gonna get the funds first before you ship, the ball's in your court. Tell him you'll only do paypal, if he pays then he proves us all wrong. Either way you're safe so long as the funds clear before you send ANYTHING.

dont do it. I got scammed like this about 6 months ago selling my ps2 and a lot of games on ebay. The guy emailed me and said he would pay me 650 for all of it through paypal. So i went for it...everything went good. got my money through paypal...sent it to my checking account and spent it pretty quick. Of course I already shipped it to him...i forgot where it went but it was across the border im pretty sure the philipines. Then about 3 months later paypal emails me and says my paypal account is negative 650 bucks because that guy used a fake credit card.

I had to pay paypal back 650 bucks and I didn't even get my PS2 back. IT SUCKED

have him send you the cash to a PO box you can open (not giving ur address up) and just **** him and dont sent anythign to him. this smells like shaddy allll over it

or just dont do anything at all besides report him lol

It's a scam, there's an entire ring of these ****ers. I get emails constantly about these Nigerians giving me $5000 to ship one of their children over here, but I have to pay them $10000 for fees or some shit then they'll give me another $10000.
