Anyone ever had something Rhino-Lined?

I was quoted like $60 to get a very large enclosure coated one time so I would assume floorboards would be under $150.

This was not Rhino liner brand, it was another brand of spray bedliner. (Line X I think?)

at the shop i worked at we used line-x and it was badass, i hated rhino lining...

dependin on ur vehicle and how thick of a layer u want it would be up to 250 probly.

but if u ever wanna take that **** off its a pain in the ass. took me 8 hours to get the entire bed of a dodge dakota scraped perfect after someone ****ed up a spray from another shop.

Rhino-liner brand tends to be very expensive. Line-x is usually a cheaper alternative. You can also buy the material and do it yourself, except Rhino-liner, which only allows their certified installers to purchase/apply.

Im not sure bed-liner mat'l on your floor boards will acheive the desired results. Im sure it will help, but how much? I assume your floors already have a thick carpet and extremely heavy backing material applied, this will remove more sound trying to come through your floor than a bed-liner would. More passenger-perceived road noise enters the cabin through the doors than any other point in most vehicles, by far. The firewall is another place to concentrate on alot of times.

Cheers.

Buy the stuff to do it yourself.

But, DO NOT get it on ANYTHING you don't want it on.

I did a sport bike / rat bike in Herculiner, and ended up with the crap all over my arms. Gasoline, kersene, terpentine, brake parts cleaner, and numerous other harsh chemicals wouldn't get it off of my skin. It took ~2 weeks for it to wear off of me.

If you decide you don't like it on what you applied it to (your car), it'd be easier to sell the car and buy another than to remove it.
