Take both your hands and place them around your throat and start to apply pressure and squeeze. You'll start to turn blue, this is the point where you're starting to not get oxygen to the brain, keep doing that until you black out. When you wake up you will have successfully starved your brain of oxygen. Doesnt sound fun does it?

I been feeling like **** for the past 3 weeks. I think it was a cold, then allergies, now I think I might be getting pnemonia again. I feel tired, weak and dizzy sometimes. So I made a dr appointment for Wednesday.
I mean if you want your brain to be starved of oxygen until all that gets out of your system be my guest, but I like my brain tissue to stay living.
