Anyone else keep reptiles??

I've got a ball python. He's about 2.5ft long and is one picky eater...that ****er will eat great a couple times then not eat for months...keeps growing though...

Have had some beardies in the past, but they are way too high maintenance (being fed multiple times a day)

yea never got into em just seemed boring but ive always been into pythons and boids im looking to pick up some ball pythons at hamburg in august and start breeding them

i caught a scorpion and had that for awhile. id feed it bee's and moths lol
lol not into the inverts but they are crazy like deathstalkers and camel spiders

I used to keep a lot of reptiles, but over the past year I downsized my collection to just 4 ball pythons: 3 normals, and 1 lemon pastel from NERD. From 2000 - 2008 I kept everything from ball pythons, blood pythons, a few different localities of redtails, burmese, retics, and smaller colubrids like kings & hogs. I went to most major shows, Daytona, Tinley Park, Arlington, and then the smaller ones in KC.

Nice to see another herper on the forums.

I had a Tokay that was about 10 inches long. He bit me one time, and he took a good size chunk out of my finger. He was around this big

You couldn't hold him like that though.

Used to have big burmese.I had them for quite a few years. My female was about 19 feet, and the male was about 17-18 ft. Had them in a 1 bedroom apt. in big display cases until the day came that the landlord found out.I should have kept the snakes and moved somewhere else.Have nothing at all now.

a couple of my friends from college bought a bunch of reptiles n sh!t...

They are breeding ball pythons and they even have a baby alligator... turtles...fish...

Their apartment smells like sh!t all the time and they have to keep the heat cranked for the animals.... It's like the worst living situation evar.

some people will do anything for their pets....

I used to have 20 something snakes ranging from corn snakes to retics, burmese and green anacondas. Right now all I have is an albino burmese python, a Colombian red tail boa, a ball python and a rosy boa. When I get the rooms completed that I'm adding onto the house for them I'm going to start getting serious about it again. The only pic I have on my computer is the red tail..

The green anacondas are beautiful but they have one hell of a bite.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif Mine never did get used to handling and would bite every time I got her out if I let her. I plan to get another one soon.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
