Anyone else have display problems with Pioneer DEH-80PRS Video Enclosed

So I bought this in November and the past 3-4 months the display is messed up.

It was never dropped and actually started happening during the freezing cold winter months.

The display only shows a partial, ticks me off but it sounds great. The company I got it from will stand by their product but they only have the 9600BHS to replace it with.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so how did you fix it?
