Well because of a slight oversight by myself, it looks like the date may have to be changed to either the 17th or the 31st.

The 24th is memorial day weekend and I'm sure the park will be busier than usual, a bad thing for us.

If anybody has objections to this, or would rather have one of the other dates, let me know and hopefully we can work something out. I'm waiting on the park district to get in contact with me anyways, so we have some time to decide. Either way, we will have at least a months notice so people can schedule off work if need be.
