anyone done an install on a 03-06 saab with the mostnet optical?

anyone? going to be a pain in the *** to bypass and loopback the optical system when i remove the stock cd player. car will simply not start if the optical bus is broken. tips would be nice.

actually, i dont have to relocate the cd player. i bought this adapter from etadyne

which will allow me to bypass the cd player so i can simply remove it. was just looking for some tips from anyone who has done this. yes.. it is a pain in the ***.
