how complex we talking here? how many pages? etc etc.. I can do it.. under 5 pages free if you have everything typed up and i just insert it.. 10$ and i will design a template for you to view and if you don't like it its free or i will take comments on how you want it.. or draw how you want it by hand and pm with it or and email.. i can make it look however you want

If anyone on this site says they will get you to the top of google they are lying.. Nobody here has a clue..

Yeah, I am no expert at SEO, I could get you to the top of Google, but it wouldn't be with keywords related to your site lol.
