Anyone dealt with Audiosavings.com Warranty crap?

Well, today makes a month since i sent my amp out to get fixed. I contacted Audiosavings on friday and they gave me a number to call to where they sent the amp to be fixed. Some place just titled Audio Clinic in Camarillo, CA.

I gave em a call today and a guy answered. When he asked me for my name i told em, and right away he just says "oh, you sent in the hercules". Apparently, he's waiting on some kind of "clips" that were broken (that i dont think i broke, whatever they are). Just ticked off to hear my amps not even fixed after about 3 weeks in their hands. had to vent somewhere.
