I ordered a front Fascia for my Alero in December.. of 2006. Then before it shipped the alero got totalled. They said they'd keep it till it sold then give me my money back. Then it didn't sell. Then around March I told them to ship it to me because I had a buyer.

Then I lost the seller, and they said that to help me out they'd ship it straight to whoever I found to buy it from me next. So I found someone in like... August I think.
I kept on them to tell them to ship it, they said they needed to send me a realease form BS thing, but they couldn't do it because their company was on tour and not in Cali. They'd get it squared away when they got back. I shot them a couple emails and they just said they "weren't back yet". Who goes on tour for 2 months?!
So I've been emailing them about once a week for a month and a half at least now, getting more and more pissed at their inability to ****ing email me back. I really just want to flame them out or something, but I've been as nice as possible in my emails, as well. Seriously.. it's a company, they're supposed to RESPOND to their customers emails. I payed ****ing $700 for that dumbass bumper + shipping. It's finished, or so they told me, and all they have to do is get off their lazy ***** and ship it out. IT'S WHAT COMPANIES DO, SHIP STUFF! Argh.
So I've been playing cat and mouse with these people and getting nowhere for like... 9 months. Is it time for small claims court or something? I still have my money order receipt, and I could dig up all of our old email correspondence (but prolbably not the phone conversations).
Any one else dealt with them? Had problems?
