Anyone deal with A.R.C (Amp repair center) Ohio?

I sent 2 memphis amps to get quotes on price of repair that was almost 3 weeks ago never heard anything from them, Than i call the place and now they never answer the phone and when you leave a message they don't call you back. If i know i was going to be waiting this long i would of sent them somewhere else. When i originally spoke with the guy i asked what the turn around time to get it done he said around 2 weeks. Well i'm way over that waiting for a call back. If anyone dealt with them let me know if they are ok or not. Thanks.

Thank you all for you input even though it wasn't what i wanted to hear. If i do get in contact with them i'm going to tell them to just send them back o i'll go there and pick them up personally and i do like to take the law into my hands cause nobody else can do **** for you.
