that seems to be the general concensus. i collected when i was younger, and i had like 10 or 11 books that each held 1000 full of cards. now i have absolutely no idea where they went. i never sold them, and my parents don't know where they are either.

now i'm not saying they were all valuble, because i'm sure they're not, but i had plenty of redwing rookie cards from when i was younger. and out of 11k other cards, i'm sure there could have been some valuble cards. i could've at least sold each book on ebay for like 25 bucks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

i highly doubt they are worth nothing considering the players

i just wanted some prices so when i put them up for sale i know what to charge

guess i will go to barnes and noble and get them

book value means nothing, so why does it matter what it books for?

well the last time i priced them the jordan and the magic/bird were $400 each

i am sure they arent worth that much anymore so i am trying to find out what they book for now

obviously i would sell them at 50% or less of book value, but if i dont even have a starting price what should i sell them for? just make up a price?

Your best bet is to check eBay for what they are going for. After all, it's mostly condition of the cards (since I assume they are not graded by PSA, BGS, etc..).

The rest is all hit and miss. If you're selling them on eBay, scan the cards, NICE BIG SCANS, make sure you get front and back. Depending on the condition, you may even get close to book value, but if they aren't perfect and you didn't list them with BIG PICS on eBay, then chances are you'll get the going eBay rate, or less.
