Ok I have Windows Vista and wanted to know how to download and use new themes... I went to download this theme right here http://r3c1pr0c17y.deviantart.com/art/UltimateClear-71448690

ok ive downloaded it now how do I use it? do I have to extract the files or something? I just saved it where it suggested I save it and when I go to changes windows theme its not listed and then I browsed for window themes and tried to use it (Didnt extract files if thats what I have to do?) and made my theme look like windows classic? any help would be greatly appericiated

I use a program called "window blinds" in order to use it. I use it, it's pretty cool. I'm using an alien ware theme right now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

You will have to extract the files, and have either a program that will let you use new visual styles, or use a crack similar to that of UXTheme.DLL patch for Windows XP.

Also look on google for how to install visual styles on Vista. (This is the free way, you can buy or download the software to basically do this for you though.)
