try to find one close to you to save on shipping.

I'm pretty sure its illegal to buy them out of state and ship them. I know in WV you have to have a stamp on them, or maybe thats just for resell.

I only live 1 mile from the border and I can get across without even goin thru customs, but theres no way in hell im gunna risk trying to get cigarettes in and then have border patrol take them away(or customes if i actually go through)

Why dont you just buy some Bugler packs and roll your own? A Bugler pack of Tobacco is like $2.50 and you can roll about 35 cigarettes. They just have no filters..... but who needs a filter take the hit like a man!

Isn't the filter for all the chemicals and shit they put in? Not for the actual tabacco.

Just like when weed is legalized, you'll be able to by "weed cigarettes" that have a shitload a chemicals that actually do make you addicted.
