Anyone a Real Estate agent?

Is anyone on here a real estate agent that has access to databases where they can get information about a home, such as floor plan, utilities, etc at no cost to me?

I currently have a real estate agent, but do not know what to expect really.

The MLS for the house I am looking is : 938872.

Any tips and such for offering prices and whatnot would be helpful. I have spoken to some members before...just wanted to make sure I have covered all my bases. I have already been pre-qualified.
