**Anybody with a 2001-2005 Honda Civic.....**

i was wondering if a 15 incher would fit in the trunk...height wise...cuz the box would be about 16-18 inches tall......

so all of you with a 2001-2005 civic....have any of you dealt with a 15" ?

You could have the sub in a box that has the sub mounted in a face that is slanted or at an angle. That way the sub wont be standing straight up and should give you a little more clearance.

I think you should be more worried about what a 15" sub is going to do to that poor unsuspecting civic of yours:up2somet:

I have my mind set on a HD3 15 or 12....

i want the 15 but I'm not sure it will fit...thats the purpose of this topic.....lol

if it wont fit, then I will have to settle with the 12 incher....

Most kickers have a pretty decent mounting depth so you should be able to mount the sub at an angle like somebody said and not have any problems with clearance.

Well, what do you have a sedan or coupe? I have a sedan and the trunk opening is like 17" verticaly , it would be a super tight squeeze or wont fit. I had to reorder my Mag because the 15 wouldnt fit. Just get 2 12's.

I got the Sedan....

I want 2 12's but HD3's like a big box and I dont have enough room for 4cubez per sub.....an 8^ft box in a civic trunk, I'll be ****ed.

but If i follow what AudioQue said, 5^ft, might fit...for 2 twelves.

i put a cvr15 in a sealed box in an 06 civic w/ enough room for the kids kite and kiteboard.
