Anybody use/used/tested these amp?

The titan series. I have the chance to pick up a 1250d for $120, and a 4400 for $100. I'm just wondering if they do rated power. Most of the older PA stuff I've seen, has done at least what they're rated for. Any input?

planet audio is decent. i think over rated but for the $ a good deal
