RMS just another "spec", 100% box dependant. I could say my Type R is 750W RMS, becuase that is how much I am throwing at it everyday....

yes, their is no rule that states "Tho shall use the same box size as thy manufacturer states"

yea but isnt it true that if ur box is too big or small it will mess up the subs or not sound good?

not really.....

1. I want efficiency

2. I want a small box

3. I want loads of power handling

There can only be 2 of the 3 that can happen at a time, otherwise you are just making compromises. A small box will not be efficient, but it will allow for lots of power handling. A large box will have great efficiency, but not alot of power handling, etc etc etc.

what does average mean? Edited the post above to fix up some mistakes in wording and message I meant to relay..
