Anybody know of any free box designing programs?

That comes with time for most. I find that basic designs and some a little more complex I can do in my head with no issues..however, if it is for a customer I take no chances. If it is mine..meh...I'm to busy to do math/physics work.
LOL! I have found that WinISD is right on. The hardest part is getting the drivers into the program. Reading the help file will explain it. Also go to facebook and fine the WinISD page. They have a link to the newest version there. If you search the net you will get the old version. The old one doesn't like Windows 7.

Please remember that all modeling programs are modeled in half space. This is like putting the box outside.

Also WinISD doesn't take thermal compression into account. So when you say you are going to put a 100 watt sub on 1000 watts, it will model it. In real life it won't work.

You can download the TORRES calculator from the SMD forum.....It seems to be a pretty reliable program it just doesn't help you with drawing the boxes......You need a good CAD for that....
