anybody know anything about hifonics baltor amp?

so i have a local guy selling what he says is a hifonics baltor amp.looks old *** hell but he is only asking 225 i think i can talk him down just trying to figure out the specs and i cant find anything about this amp.if anybody knows let me know.

unless its quite an amp I wouldn't pay near 225 for it
