has anybody here heard of Power Maxx USA HO alts ? thinking if getting one 250a @ 1200rpms

Alot of people here will say stay away because lack of info on them and they are not a big name. Also they say you get what you pay for.

i do know a guy personally that did have one these and his performed pretty well for the price. His also was the 250. He tested his and it produced like 215-225 amps between 1200-2k rpms he had it for a 1.5 yrs until he sold the truck(about a year ago). I still see the truck around town, but idk if its the same alt lol. To me for the price its was a good deal so it could also be hit or miss. Im just trying to provide a honest opinion but im not just %100 percent recommending it. Maybe some others will chime in with some actual known exp to help in the pros and cons of this alt
