Anybody have international business experience?

Hey guys,

I guess my question isnt only for international business, but business in general.

The product is related to caraudio, but lets say I introduced a seller to a broker or buyer that never met before (basically leaving me the middleman).

Is there some kind of legal document that would guarantee me receiving a percentage of the deal for doing the legwork etc so I would be covered? I mean, if I did most of the leg work and they simply make a deal between themselves leaving me out after introducing them, then I would out of luck. So Im curious what one does in that type of situation? I know most like to cut out the middleman, haha. But it brought business between 2 parties, then it would be a win all-around

Any thoughts or personal experience on the matter would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Are you going to do this as a full time business or more of when the chance to make a few bucks arises?

If you don't plan on doing this as an actual business, then "flipping" items is much easier and you will of course get your money with no issues.

If you are wanting to do this as an actual business, then I would suggest getting an attorney that practices business law and have them draft you contracts to use with each client.

nothing personal bro, this is dome. everyone is open to attack.
True ^^^^^^

In order you obtain compensation from either party, you will have to show intent from either to actually compensate you for your work. You can always take them to court and be compensated if you have evidence showing expectation of compensation. But be aware, if you are looking for payment from someone and you didn't require a contract (verbal or written)you are basing your accusations on the faith the other parties will confirm your business expectations. Just remember the judge will accept certain limitations in all parties cases when referring to the experience to provide the necessary information to be helpful, and not to be considered taking advantage of each parties limitations. Example: how can a man make business decision to be compensated for if he does not have the foresight to ask for a contract. Which is a major factor in running a reputable business, either for physical work, or for consulting and referrals.

I hope this helps some. I am hoping someone else can be more objective and give better information that I am no longer familiar with, it's been a long time since business school, lol

Thx for the help

Yeah Im friends with one party and Im just wondering if they cut me out of the loop even after I introduced them to each other then it wouldnt be good.

Of course that would be the worst case scenario but its going through my mind. I mean after being introduced to each other there really would be no use to me in a sense. Not completely but as far as a fral between the two parties is concerned
