the biggest the box could be is 16" 35" 23" (H)(W)(D). im thinkin 2.5 per a sub since they'll be on a single aq2200d amp. idk what to tune it at idk what these subs do good at so does anyone no? also does anybody no if i'll be able to get 2.5 cubes for each sub with the port on those dimensions? how many sq" per a sub should i do?

thanks!

wow, with those dims, thats about the size of my box for 1 12" BL... what kind of a vehical is it in, if its going in a trunk you gotta make sure not to choke it from the cabin, so that might reduce some dimensions as well. any reason you want to go with 2 12"s instead of 1 12", you can easily hit a 140 with 1 12" BL.

cant those dimensions make like a 5 cubic foot box sealed? wouldn't that be big for 1 bl even if its a ported box?

and just cause i want 2 subs

and in a 98 camry

it would make a 6.04 cu ft sealed, then you take away port displacement about 1 cube per sub, and then sub displacement, which is .18 each. which in this scenario leaves you with about 3.7 cu ft for both subs, which is only 1.85 per sub, not enough for getting low in my opinion.

also like i said before if its going in the trunk, you need to allow the air to get into the cabin, my box i have chokes the sub up a little in the trunk, but not alot. if thos are like the maximum of your trunks dimensions, your going to be chocked up hard core. maybe just try to get 1 12" BTL in there instead.

just rough estimates, i remember my box the port displacment was about 1 cube, and the sub displacment is .18 says right on fi website. and a larger box makes better lows. thats how i came to these conclusions.

also he stated the numbers on the first post, take away 1.5 from each number due to wall thickness and punch it in. also if he double baffels like he should, its going to take quite a bit of space away from the box.
