anybody ever heard of this sub?

IS there any advantage using magnets like these?? I could imagine a design like that for neo mags just because they're more efficient but for a normal magnet why not just fill the whole area between both plates??

no wonder they can sell them for 24 bucks
well it will sell for whatever the auction goes up to. They may have expected more. or it may only be worth 25 bucks. I can't find anything on the net about them.

The reason why the use "cluster mags" as those orange things are called si that they are cheaper
I guess nowadays they are. As someone mentioned, Focal used them in their high efficiency drivers - very expensive. I owned two pairs of them. Beautiful builds //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

It does have other advantages too, which should be quite obvious. What I can't figure out is why they would punch a hole in the pole when they went with that style of magnet structure...
