Anybody Do Amp Repair?

Well jonnyv713 decided to sell me a non functional NINe.1 on CACO, and obviously has no intention of doing anything about it

I'm in need of somebody who can troubleshoot and repair this thing, my guy says its something in the input stage, but this "LNIB" amplifier has apparently been worked on previously judging by some of the solder joints, so I have no idea what the issue is.

If anybody can point me in the right direction I'd sure appreciate it.

 
I can repair it if the work done previously hasnt screwed it up completely. I charge a flat rate for my repairs ($50+parts).....you pay shipping both ways. Shoot me a PM if your interested.
