any1 ever had probs with sonic electronix?

so i bought an amp a while back and it was defective so i sent it back to them about a month ago to get a new 1 since i still was on my warranty and i havent received it back,ive sent them email's with no response back either,im wondering if any1 else has had problems with sonicelectronix.com??

Never had a problem with them. I don't buy amps from them though. I only buy wiring accessories and so forth.

i bought some JL W6's from them, altho they were slow with shipping, i didn't really have an issue.
