i have a degree in welding technology...

experience with structural code, pipe code, fabrication, metallurgy, machining, etc etc etc...

Why dont one of yall good welders start a tutorial on how to weld??

Im currently in machine shop at vocational school and i have no earthly i dea on how to weld and i even have a stick welder with no clue on how to weld good.

Hey how do you like those M1's?

They are really good , nice and loud, and will hold their power really well. I like em quite a bit but i think im about to go to M3's.

1. this is a car audio forum, not a welding forum.

2. if someone had me do a writeup and the topic was "how to weld," it would be a 20 page thread by the time i was finished writing.

Do you have many friends that are UT shearwave certified? That is one of my trades

not yet, most of the people i graduated with are welding.. myself, my best friend and a few others are pursuing welding engineering.. im hoping to get alot more welding in, and seeing where the engineering takes me, and then in the future become a CWI and possibly pursue ultrasonic (shearwave) or even x ray. who knows...

Didn't think 13 year olds knew how to weld?!?!?!

as a matter of fact i am the top one in my class and even do as good as work as my instructors. if you wanna talk any more shit i cant also work a lathe pretty **** good and a milling machine and have even wrote out codes on a cnc machine.
