Look up "Focused Excellence" if you want to see how the state run schools are divided up. To be really basic, UA is the research school, ASU is designed to draw as many people in as possible, and NAU is the liberal arts school. It isn't completely like that since ASU has some good science programs, the UA has some amazing fine arts people, and NAU has some decent business degrees.

Personally, I hate the cold. The desert is more of my thing. Also, NAU didn't offer what I wanted in terms of my final degree. However, my cousin graduated in 3 years from NAU with a business degree, got hired off the bat in Scottsdale, and the company she is working for is paying for her master's degree at ASU. So, what are you looking for?

Yea well I need a change because its so **** hot in Vegas. Plus im planning on majoring in business (maybe accounting? Not posotive yet) so thats good news about your cousin.

i know a guy that goes there, i guess NAU stans for Not A Universty
